Coast Guide for Bulgarian Coast from Cape Emine to Cape Kaliakra
   The high and steep coast goes North to Vatova River, from there to Cape Kaliakra - to east. The steep sections follow sand beaches. The coast is not very threaded. All the way the water is deep - 10 meter izobata goes only 0.8 n miles from the shore.
   Important spots are capes Kochan, St. Atanas, Cherni, Ilandjik, Galata and Kaliakra.
   Small ships can hide in the ports of Varna, Balchik and Kavarna and under Cape St. Atanas and Cape Kaliakra.
   There are no dangers on more than 1 n mile from the coast.
   North-east of Obzor, 0.6 n miles from the coast there is bank deep 5.4m.
   Cape St. Atanas is surrounded by riff that lays 0.2 n miles away.
   East of Cape Cherny 0.3 n miles away there is riff deep less than 10m.
   Rock bank lays 0.8 n miles north-west of Cape Galata on 0.4 n miles from the coast. It's deep 6.7m.
   In the Varna Gulf there is reff deep less than 10m o.4 n miles south of the north coast.
   South-west of Cape St. George there is bank dep 0.9m 0.5 n miles from the shore.
   Aladja Bank. Around Golden Sands almost to Batoza River 1 n mile from the coast there are two banks, which can be devidet to two groubs - inner and outer.
   Outer group - 1.1 n mile from the coast, deep less than 10m - north group is deep 6m, south - 7m.
   Inner group - o.2 n miles from the coast, deep 2m.

Aladja Bank - East bouy 43° 17' N 28° 04' E Б Ч (3) 10 с 2 n.mile Black bouy with yellow horizontal stripe, figure - two cones with tops each to each.
Ekrene Lighthouse 43° 19' N 28° 04' Е Б Пр (2) 30.6 с 25 n.mile White tower with building beside it. Hight above the water - 94m.
